Reports: Shift

The Reports tab defaults to a Work Order report that lists all assignments for open work orders tied to this shift. It should be noted that this report only includes work orders specifically tied to this shift. A work order that is tied to a different shift (or no shift), but is assigned to an individual on this shift, would not display on this report.

The default display, which may have been modified by your organization, lists the work orders grouped by assignee. Work orders will be repeated on this list if there are multiple assignments to different individuals. To open a displayed work order, click the row. The work order opens in a new window.

The Reports tab also has additional sub-tabs for a Backlog and Cost Breakdown report.

Features on this page also allow you to print, export, or email the displayed data, refresh the displayed results, and modify the configuration of the display.
